At Rocky Talkie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label securely to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned items within 5 business days of receipt and issue your refund or ship out your new exchange item immediately.
